Import Documentation Assistant

Job Summary

Ensures the completeness, accuracy, and timely processing of import documentation and related permits for PEZA and Customs compliance. Coordinates with internal departments, brokers, and government agencies to facilitate the smooth clearance and release of materials while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

• A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably BS Customs Administration.
• With exposure in Import Documentations.
• With exposure of at least 1 year on manufacturing or distribution systems.
• Must be familiar with Customs and PEZA procedures.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft applications.
