We are hiring for Import Documentation Executive – CHA

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3+ years

Salary: Upto 6 Lakhs Per Annum / Based on experience

Handle end-to-end import documentation and related operational activities.

Prepare and verify import documentation checklists and ensure accuracy of shipment details.

Handle E-Sanchit filing and document uploads as per customs requirements.

Prepare and file Bills of Entry (BE) and coordinate for timely processing.

Track Import General Manifest (IGM) status and follow up on amendments or discrepancies, where required.

Handle ODEX-related activities and documentation.

Verify commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and other import shipment documents.

Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, CHA, customs brokers, overseas agents, and customers for smooth shipment processing.

Follow up on pending documents and resolve documentation discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.

Maintain proper records of import shipments and provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
