Import Documentation Specialist

An Import Documentation Specialist prepares, verifies, and manages shipping and customs paperwork to ensure smooth international cargo delivery and compliance with local trade laws.

• Document Preparation: Create and review critical import files, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Customs Compliance: Coordinate with customs brokers and agencies like the Bureau of Customs (BOC) to process clearances, permits, and tax declarations.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor vessel arrivals, berthing schedules, and transit milestones, updating internal teams and clients in real time.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate daily with international suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for audits, billing reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with logistics software or customs portals (e.g., BOC E2M).
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and clear verbal and written communication under tight deadlines.
• Amenable to work onsite in Caloocan City

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
