Import Documentation Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Import Documentation Staff to handle import documentation, customs processing support, and coordination with brokers and shipping lines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Customs Administration or related course
• With experience in import/export documentation and customs procedures
• Experience in lodgement entries and customs processing
• Knowledgeable in customs clearance documentation and shipping requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

• Assign reference numbers for each shipment.
• Check and analyze shipping and import documents.
• Prepare tax declarations and lodgement entries.
• Submit lodged entries and shipping documents through the BOC online portal.
• Request check payments for shipping charges and container deposits.
• Prepare shipping requirements such as container guarantees and authorization letters.
• Coordinate directly and provide daily shipment reports to the Brokerage Import Supervisor.
• Monitor shipment status and movement on a daily basis.
• Respond to client emails and inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate and monitor trucking schedules and delivery movements.
• Coordinate with clients regarding shipment status and updates.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
