Import Documentation Staff

About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Import Documentation Staff to join our team at RVS CARGO SERVICES INC.' in Binondo, Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our importand customs operations.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing all necessary import documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and other shipping documents
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and customs requirements
• Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth clearance of imported goods
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all import activities
• Providing support to the wider operations team as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an import or customs documentation role
• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration or related field
• Excellent knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficient in using relevant software and systems for import/export documentation
• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
