Import Executive

• Coordinating with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Familiarity with shipping terms (Incoterms)
• Verifying Import documents such as (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin, Machine Catalogues, End use letters, Insurance documents, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with import regulations, customs laws, and government policies.
• Calculating import costs, including freight, insurance, customs duties, GST, and other charges.
• Coordinating with the finance team for timely Duty payments.
• Coordinating customs clearance and resolving any customs-related issues.
• Filing the Bill of entry timely manner to avoid any additional late filing charges.
• Managing import licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Tracking shipments and updating on shipment status.
• Prepare E-Way Bills for the transportation of imported goods from the port to the plant or warehouse.
• Liaising with transporters and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of imported goods.
• Maintaining import records and preparing reports.
• Timely submission of Bill of entries in Bank for IDPMS Closure.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
