Import Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Air Import Freight Forwarding operations.
• Coordinate import shipments from arrival through customs clearance and delivery.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain import shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines, customs brokers, customers, and internal teams for shipment clearance and delivery.
• Monitor shipment status, flight arrivals, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on pending documents and resolve shipment-related operational issues.
• Provide timely shipment updates and respond to customer queries.
• Ensure accurate records and timely system updates for import shipments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable customs requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or above.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Air Import / Freight Forwarding.
• Good knowledge of Air Import operations and customs clearance processes.
• Experience in import documentation and shipment coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet operational timelines.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and email communication.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in Air Import Freight Forwarding will be preferred.
