Import Executive

What You'll Do:

• Handle end-to-end import & export documentation with precision and speed.
• Prepare and process Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry, and related customs paperwork.
• Navigate ICEGATE for filing, tracking, and customs clearance.
• Apply Incoterms correctly to avoid costly shipment disputes.
• Track consignments proactively and flag delays before they become problems.
• Coordinate with suppliers via email to resolve documentation gaps and shipment queries.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and clean data are your happy place.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with ICEGATE, Bill of Entry, and Shipping Bill processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Import & Export documentation and Incoterms.
• Excellent Excel skills — comfortable managing and analyzing shipment data.
• Sharp communication skills — confident emailing suppliers and coordinating across time zones.
• An eye for detail and a knack for staying on top of multiple consignments at once.
