URGENT HIRING – IMPORT EXECUTIVE -

Position: Import Executive – Consumer Electronics
Location: Dubai, UAE
Department: Import / Logistics

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily import/export shipments and container arrivals.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents and transporters.
Handle LC/TT shipments, BL, D/O, BOE, COO, invoices & packing lists.
Coordinate Dubai & Sharjah Customs clearance and documentation.
Follow up with suppliers on production and shipment status.
Verify freight/transport invoices and update ERP/system.
Prepare shipment cost sheets, customs reports and maintain Goods-in-Transit records.

Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in Import/Export, preferably Consumer Electronics/FMCG.
Good knowledge of UAE Customs, LC/TT and shipping documentation.
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
