Job Title: Import Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Import Executive to handle product imports and coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and CHA (Custom House Agent) to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage import shipments from overseas suppliers.
• Coordinate with CHA for customs clearance and documentation.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and verify import documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in import, logistics, or trading operations.
• Knowledge of import documentation and customs procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
