📢 WE’RE HIRING | IMPORT EXECUTIVE

PPECL is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Import Executive to join our team.

If you have experience in import operations, international procurement, shipping documentation, and financial coordination, we’d love to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication and order coordination with international OEMs, particularly German manufacturers.

• Coordinate international shipments, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs clearing agents.

• Review import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

• Coordinate with banks for import payments and related documentation.

• Calculate import duties, taxes, HS codes, and total landed costs.

• Maintain and update Excel records for payments, sales, quotations, inventory, and tenders.

• Prepare purchase orders, local purchase contracts, and customer invoices with accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with applicable import regulations and documentation requirements.

🔹 Requirements

• Knowledge of import procedures and documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
