IMPORT EXECUTIVE (FREIGHT & LOGISTICS)

Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end import process, including booking, shipping documents, customs clearance, and final delivery.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, customs, and other authorities to ensure compliance.
• Prepare, verify, and process import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, permits, and bills of lading.
• Monitor shipment schedules and update customers on cargo status.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless workflow.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and documentation.

Requirements

• You will be required to work at our Bukit Tinggi Klang office for approximately one month before we relocate to Sunway Square
• Computer literate (Excel, Word)
• Keep good communication with external & internal parties and control through all phases of the journey of the shipment
• Can work independently, have sense of responsibility and a good working attitude. Able to work under pressure and work in Team.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9.00am to 5.30pm
