Import Export & Logistics Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Import & Export documentation, shipping and logistics coordination.
  • Prepare/check Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, Certificate of Origin and related EXIM documents.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA/customs clearing agents, suppliers and transporters.
  • Follow up customs clearance and track shipments until delivery to the company.
  • Monitor freight movement, delays, demurrage/detention and maintain shipment MIS.
  • Coordinate and track company vehicles/trucks and follow up on delays, stoppages and deliveries.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years experience in Import/Export, EXIM, Shipping, Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Import/Export documentation and customs clearance coordination.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation and freight operations preferred.
  • Manufacturing / international logistics experience will be an advantage.
  • Good MS Excel, communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to relocate to Luanda, Angola.

Salary: Rs.50,000 to 65,000 per month
