What they need
- Perform daily customs clearance activities for import and export shipments.
- Prepare, process, and maintain customs documents and supporting records.
- Assist with customs inspections, seal and break-seal activities, and shipment clearance.
- Upload documents into MyCIEDS and monitor customs form approval status.
- Coordinate with Customs Officers, government agencies, customers, and internal departments on clearance matters.
- Assist with customs payments, Delivery Orders, and delivery arrangements.
- Follow up on pending shipments and escalate clearance issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or HOD.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
