What they need
Handle customer inquiries regarding import/export shipments
Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and logistics providers
Track shipments and provide status updates to customers
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies
Resolve customer complaints or shipment issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
