Job description

The Candidate would be part of the Import Export Documentation Team and shall be responsible for carrying out the below listed activities :

• Handling preparation of Import / Export Documentation.

• Prepare Sales Contract and Purchase Orders.

• Facilitating communication with all concerned vendors.

• Coordinate closely with logistics and accounts department for timely completion of documentation.

• Track electronically the status of all the shipments and preparing a report of the same

-Managing shipment contracts and coordinating with Documentation head to execute and strategize document preparation activities.

The candidate must possess strong communication skills , good command over English language and management skills along with a pro active trait to get the work done in the most optimum manner.

Work Timings :

11 AM to 8 PM ( Monday to Saturday )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
