Job Description – Import-Export Executive
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and motivated candidate to join our team as an Import-Export Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle import and export documentation.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other required paperwork.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and transporters.
• Follow up on shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with customs and other relevant parties.
• Maintain records of import/export transactions.
• Communicate with international clients and suppliers through email and phone.
• Assist with daily import-export activities and office coordination.

Requirements:

• Good communication and email skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Knowledge of import-export procedures and documentation will be an advantage.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Location: Mohali
Experience: Fresher / 1–2 years

Pay: ₹12,635.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month
