Import Export Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Import/Export Executive to handle our daily global trade operations. You will coordinate international shipments, prepare trade documents, and work with customs brokers to ensure compliance with trade laws.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Documentation: Prepare and process vital shipping paperwork, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and certificates of origin.
• Logistics Coordination: Book air, sea, or land freight with carriers, freight forwarders, and Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers (NVOCC).
• Customs Clearance: Coordinate with customs brokers and port authorities to ensure timely clearance of imports and exports.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor cargo movement from origin to destination and resolve any transit delays or port issues.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with international suppliers, overseas agents, and internal warehouse teams.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to local and international trade regulations (such as DGFT or customs rules) and maintain accurate MIS reports.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
