Main responsibilities

1. External Customs declaration preparation:

• Daily review shipping documents for material/ finish goods and send to forwarder
• Co-ordinate with forwarder to submit & get approval for customs declaration, ensure the accuracy of declaration
• Handle all inspection shipments if arising and co-ordinate with forwarder and Customs officer to release shipment with shortest time
• Co-ordinate with other department & forwarder to define the name/HS code for new material/ finish goods and register it in customs system

2. Handing transportation quotation/ arranging shipment for mass production and new project

3. Control forwarder performance: DHL, Fedex, UPS…and prepare payment documents for all forwarder based on agreed payment term

Coordinate with customs authorities and freight forwarders to clear or dispose of assets, tools and equipment, raw materials, finished goods, and semi-finished goods (if applicable).

4. Checking inventory of whole factory monthly. Co-ordinate with forwarder/consultant to do the comparison between liquidation and inventory. Make the report and highlight the variance (if any) to HOD and top management for solution.

Co-ordinate with consultant to preparation annual report under guidance from HOD to submit customs when finish fiscal year

5. Handling other arising jobs if required.

Job requirements

Educational Qualification: University and above

Experience in years: 3-5 years experiences

Related Industry Experience: Manufacturing

Training:

Language: English fluently

Competencies: Liquidation/ Annual report experience
