Import / Export Executive

About the role

Responsible for overseeing import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs, regulatory, and international trade requirements, while enabling the timely movement of materials and finished goods across markets. The role also partners closely with Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Regulatory, and external stakeholders to support supply continuity and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export activities for raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade policies, and import/export documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government agencies.
• Monitor shipment movements and proactively address delays, customs holds, and supply risks.
• Partner with Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Regulatory, and factory teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Track import/export KPIs, costs, lead times, and service levels.
• Drive process improvements and support trade compliance initiatives.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Customs Administration, or related field.
• Experience in import/export operations, customs clearance, logistics, or international trade.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and trade compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
