Import Export Executive – Manufacturing

Role:

• Handle day to day import and export operations
• Prepare and manage shipping and export/import documentation
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers and customers
• Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Handle commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills and related documents
• Manage communication with clients and vendors for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth movement of goods

Requirements:

• Graduate with 3+ years of relevant Import/Export experience
• Good knowledge of EXIM documentation and procedures
• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering company preferred
• Good communication, coordination and MS Excel skills
