Position: Import - Export Operation Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Location: Bangna Area (AIA East Gateway Building)

Responsibilities

• You will be accountable in ensuring the co-ordination and management of all aspects of the export/import operations from creation/receipt of the orders through the delivery to final destination.
• Maintaining a high level of customer and satisfaction through the effective operational IT and support tools.
• To control, monitor and utilize the flexitank fleet at optimum levels of cost efficiency, ensuring customer requirements are met all the times.
• Develop effective relationships with customer, service providers and other Trans Ocean offices and agents to meet the customer’s needs.
• To ensure that Sales Manager are kept informed of issues that may affect their responsibilities and decisions.

Required Competencies:

• Computer skills.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Problem solving ability. Analytical skills.
• Good oral and written communications skills in English language.
• Good planning and organizing skills.

Experience/Education/Degrees:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of Customs documentation and regulations
