Import-Export Support Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and update Country of Origin (COO) and tariff-related data.
• Collect, validate, and maintain data in SAP with accuracy.
• Support trade compliance and global sourcing activities.
• Prepare reports and track COO and tariff information.
• Coordinate with Trade Compliance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams.
• Assist with process improvement and S/4HANA automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain, trade compliance, procurement, logistics, or data management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
