Import Logistics Coordinator

We are searching for an Import Logistics Coordinator for a client in Greensboro, NC. This role will be contract, hours are M-F 8-5, schedule will be hybrid (M-Th onsite, F remote). To be eligible for this role, import, international logistics, and/or compliance experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor import shipment activity, bookings, and transportation performance.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Track and analyze logistics KPIs, identifying trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support carrier and vendor performance management through data analysis and reporting.
• Communicate with internal departments to track and manage logistics processes.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize freight flow and support operational efficiency.
• Assist with reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, imports, compliance or a related function.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with ERP, SAP and/or Power BI
