Job scope & Responsibilities
- ประสานงานกับต่างประเทศ ในการสั่งซื้อสินค้า และนำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ กลุ่มสินค้า CE&Electrical
- บริหารจัดการ การสั่งซื้อ และนำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ
- คัดเลือก Supplier เพื่อเปรียบเทียบราคา คุณภาพ และนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
- ประสานงานเอกสารต่างประเทศทั้งหมด รวมถึง ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สรรหาวัตถุดิบหรือสินค้าใหม่ เพื่อ Support การขายสินค้าของบริษัท
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
At least 2 years of experience in product sourcing or overseas purchasing within the retail business
มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในด้านการจัดหาสินค้า (Product Sourcing) หรือการจัดซื้อสินค้าจากต่างประเทศในธุรกิจค้าปลีก
4.มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นอย่างดี ทั้งทักษะการอ่าน การเขียน การฟัง และการพูด
5.สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้
6.มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับดีมาก โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม MS Office มีความชำนาญในการใช้ Excel (เช่น VLOOKUP และ Pivot Table) และ PowerPoint
7.มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และคิดเชิงตรรกะที่ดี พร้อมทั้งมีประสบการณ์ด้านเอกสารและกระบวนการนำเข้า–ส่งออกอย่างครบถ้วน
