Import Operations Responsible

We are looking for an Import Operations Responsible to manage end-to-end import processes, including purchase orders, customs coordination, inventory management, and invoicing. The role will work closely with international vendors and internal teams.

Description

• Managing end-to-end import operations in coordination with customs agencies, logistics providers and international vendors,
• Creating and following up purchase orders for international vendors,
• Coordinating import documentation, shipment and customs clearance processes,
• Managing vendor invoices and related operational documentation,
• Supporting inventory management and ensuring accurate stock records,
• Managing invoicing processes,
• Using SAP ERP modules, particularly MM and SD, as part of daily operations,
• Acting as a SAP key user, monitoring processes and supporting operational improvements,
• Working closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operational processes.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade, logistics and import operations,
• Good knowledge of import procedures and customs processes,
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and SD modules,
• Experience with CRM systems and/or Salesforce is an asset,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills,
• Detail-oriented, proactive and collaborative approach.
