Import Purchasing

JKey Responsibilities:

1. Source high-quality machine parts from international suppliers at the most competitive cost.
2. Collaborate with internal purchasing teams to identify overseas raw material suppliers offering better pricing and quality than local sources.
3. Develop and implement methods to control and monitor the import-export process to ensure it is efficient, timely, and cost-effective.
4. Handle the importation of raw materials and closely follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
5. Prepare purchasing data and negotiate pricing to support decision-making processes (Memo Type and Spare Parts).
6. Create purchase orders for Memo Type items, Spare Parts, and raw materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in overseas purchasing.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, import procedures, and customs documentation.
• Good command of English (TOEIC score of 500+ is a plus).
• Strong negotiation, price analysis, and effective communication skills with international suppliers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Strong time management, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
