WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Manage import shipments from booking through to delivery
• Liaise with International Agents, Carriers and Vendors
• Work with internal departments to streamline operations 
• Track and Trace Import Sea files, ensuring accurate and UpToDate files.
• Effective communication with overseas offices and agents
• Coordinate customs clearance requirements with internal brokerage team
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services and add value to clients

 
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 3-5 years' local experience within Import Sea Operations
• EDI Cargowise software experience 
• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation 
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Providing Strong Customer Service with a Positive attitude
• Clear concise written and oral communication
