Import Specialist

Job Descriptions :

• Handle the entire import process, from documentation preparation, to goods arrival (shipment in-bound checking)
• Verify import documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/airway bills, COO, and other supporting documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and relevant internal departments.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Manage customs documentation, including PIB checking.
• Track the customs clearance process until goods are received at the warehouse.
• Input and update import data in the company system or internal reports.
• Handle issues or discrepancies related to quantity, damages, or import documentation.
• Maintain and organize import document archives accurately and systematically.

Requirements :

• Minimum education : Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in import or logistics.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures (an advantage).
• Familiarity with CEISA, PIB modules, and other customs systems (an advantage).
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, ERP).
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Korean is preferred
