What they need
Responsibilities:
- Handle and review import documents: Invoice, Packing List, B/L (HBL/MBL), Form-E, PIB, SPPB, LS, HS Code, CEISA.
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and PPJK for customs clearance and delivery schedules.
- Monitor vessel ETD/ETA, track shipments, and ensure smooth flow from port to warehouse.
- Ensure all import activities comply with current customs regulations.
- Support reporting and cost monitoring for sea freight import operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Management, or International Business.
- At Leats 1-2 years of experience handling Import (Sea Freight Focus) — Retail or Trading background preferred.
- Knowledge of PIB, CEISA, HS Code, and import compliance.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to coordinate across departments.
- Fluent in English (Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus).
- Willing to be placed Head Office - Mitra 10 Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Banten.
