What they need
The Import Staff will be responsible for supporting day-to-day import operations, shipment monitoring, documentation, reporting, and coordination with relevant teams. The role will also provide support in logistics cost validation related to import shipments.
Job Responsibilities
- Handles Vessel bookings and pre-alerts sending
- Handles Vessel Shipment Monitoring / Invoice and BL system Connection
- Prepare/manage other reports related to import as required
- Support on logistics costs validation of Billing team related to storage, DEM/DET & container damage incurred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- With freight forwarding experience 1–2 yrs
- Working under a manpower agency is required
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Good communication skills
