Import Supervisor

Job Summary The Import Supervisor is responsible for leading the Operations Group for both Air and Ocean while ensuring operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as Import Supervisor
• College graduate, of any business course (business administration) or similar field
• Must be a licensed Custom Broker
• Knowledge /Experience of Custom regulations
• Experience of General Freight forwarding terms and conditions
• Thorough knowledge of shipping regulations and policies
• Ability to effectively manage other individuals
• Ability to train, set priorities, and instruct others on how to perform tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-managing and pro-active
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
