Importation Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
• Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate account.
• Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential supplier.
• Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.
• Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes.
• Respond to supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
• Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.
• Other purchasing duties

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree/Vocational Degree. Preferrably graduate of Engineering or Automotive.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• General knowledge of Heavy Equipment's parts and accessories and importation.
• Preferably a resident of Quezon City/Caloocan City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,630.00 per month
