Importation Coordinator / Sales Support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge or familiarity with purchasing, sourcing, and supplier coordination is preferred.
• Basic understanding of shipment monitoring, importation processes, and documentation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of price computation and cost analysis is preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance claims and handling of damaged goods is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and results-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different suppliers and third-party partners.
• With a professional and pleasant personality.
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned in San Juan City.
