What they need
The Role
- arrange documents needed for imported goods
- prepare reports on goods request, purchases, received and all other reports
- handle documentations required in importation and logistics
- coordinates with the treasury department for required purchased payments
- assigns receiving storage facilities to accept the purchased products
- post transactions to the inventory system
- prepare daily reports summary
- monitors delivery of the goods in transit
Qualifications
- Graduate of any course
- At least 1 year experience in Importation and Logistics are required
- Willing to do importation and logistics tasks
- Knowledgeable in reports preparation
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City
