Import/Export Assistant | BGC, Taguig

The Procurement Executive is responsible for the proper maintenance, safekeeping, and control of import and export (IMPEX) records required for internal and external audits. The role also handles the encoding and processing of requests for payment of import/export port charges and provides administrative support to the IMPEX team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper document control, filing, and archiving of IMPEX records.
• Process incoming and outgoing transmittals and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare various reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Process and monitor RCP (Request for Check Payment) requests.
• Assist the IMPEX team with day-to-day administrative and documentation requirements.
• Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of 5S methodology

• Strong initiative and proactive approach to work

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Must be able to work in BGC, Taguig
