Import/Export Customer Service (Mandarin Speaking)

1. Handle daily import/export operations from shipment booking to final delivery.
2. Check and prepare shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List and B/L.
3. Coordinate with shipping lines, customs, transporters and related parties to ensure smooth shipment operations.
4. Follow up shipment status and provide updates to customers.
5. Handle customer enquiries and assist customers with shipment-related matters.
6. Arrange transportation and coordinate delivery according to customer requirements.
7. Update shipment information and perform data entry in the company system.
8. Coordinate with the Accounting team on payment and receipt matters.
9. Follow up on container deposit refunds and other shipment-related matters.
10. Handle other duties related to operations and customer service as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Import/Export, Logistics Operations or Customer Service.
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documents.
• Good command of Mandarin.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and good at following up on tasks.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
