What they need

The Company

Resolvion is one of the most respected collateral recovery management companies in the United States. Trusted by institutions like JP Morgan Chase, US Bank, Truist, PNC, Mercedes-Benz Financial, and Santander, we process more than 50,000 asset recovery assignments every month, and we consistently rank at or near the top of our clients' performance scorecards.

Formed by the combination of two industry pioneers, ALS Resolvion and Del Mar Recovery Solutions, we've spent over 22 years refining the people, processes, and technology that allow us to find and recover collateral that others simply cannot. Our proprietary platform, WOMBAT, is fully integrated with all major repossession management systems and gives our team real-time visibility across every case.

We are a performance-driven company. The best people here are recognized, developed, and given room to grow. If you hold yourself to a high standard and want to work somewhere your results actually matter, read on.

What You'll Do

The Impound Supervisor owns the pre-recovery lifecycle of every assignment Resolvion receives and leads the staff and vendor network that execute it. The Impound Supervisor ensures the team is effectively working each assignment through to recovery accurately and on time. The role supervises impound specialists and manages the agent and tow/impound vendor network.

  • Supervise, train, and schedule impound and assignment staff; set daily priorities and manage queue workload.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and quality audits of team files.
  • Maintain and update pre-recovery SOPs and client-specific procedures.
  • Serve as the escalation point for pre-recovery issues raised by clients and agents.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on open inventory, assignment aging, impound fees, and exceptions.
  • Investigate and resolve fee disputes, placement issues, and documentation exceptions.

The Impound Supervisor is accountable for their team's adherence to applicable federal and state law and Resolvion's Security and Compliance policies including the below:

  • Follow FDCPA, FCRA, GLBA, DPPA, and applicable state repossession, storage, and personal property statutes in all impound activities.
  • Protect consumer information: share case data only through Resolvion-approved secure channels and only with authorized parties.
  • Use DMV-sourced data only where a documented DPPA permissible purpose is on file.
  • Escalate consumer disputes, complaints, opt-out or deletion requests, and any notice of legal representation to Compliance / the CCO immediately.
  • Report suspected data breaches or policy violations to management or the Resolvion Whistleblower Hotline.
  • Complete required annual compliance and information security training, and ensure team members do the same.

Who We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year in repossession, recovery forwarding, impound/storage, or auto finance operations.
  • 1+ year supervising or leading a team.
  • Working knowledge of repossession and personal property handling requirements, and of FDCPA and related consumer protection regulations.
  • Experience with recovery or client management platforms (e.g., RDN) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and written communication.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing recovery agent and tow/impound vendor networks, including fee and invoice review.
  • Experience supporting bank or captive-lender clients and meeting their audit requirements.
  • Industry certification (e.g., CARS or equivalent compliance training).

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay with bonus opportunities tied to performance
  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and FSA
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off
  • Hybrid schedule - work from our Charlotte, NC office and from home
  • Real career growth - we promote from within and invest in the development of people who show up and perform
  • A sharp, motivated team and leadership that's accessible and experienced
