Improvement Engineer

Job descriptions:

Continuous Improvement

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and optimize processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, process observation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and other CI methodologies to solve operational challenges.
• Support the development and implementation of standardized work processes and best practices.

Project Management

• Manage improvement projects from initiation through implementation and sustainment.
• Develop project charters, timelines, action plans, and performance metrics.
• Monitor project progress and report results to the CI Manager and leadership team.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business benefits and meet agreed objectives.

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports to track improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, and FMEA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Excellence.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement projects.
• FMCG, food manufacturing, automotive, or industrial manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Extrovert with good spoken in English.
