Improvement – 

• Responsible for improving 3M,12M & WM CPU.

• Analyse claim data from field and update the part status and report to After sales

• Making trend for the top claims and focus for the issue closure

• Validate the effectiveness of CM by duplication of part in durability cars.

• Child part reduction for field claims, reduce the claim cost in field.

Corrective Action :

• Responsibility for field part simulation and issue confirmation done with Aftersales

• Prompt response for field  critical issues and reply with temp action

• Planning supplier audit to ensure the process and have a quality control

• Establishing, maintaining an effective corrective action procedure.

Campaign :

• Decision plan & Preparation of campaign approvals.

• Prepare VIN list for field campaign and yard based on concern severity

Service Action :

• Preparation of TIB & TSB to avoid the wrong diagnosis and claims done in field.

• Plan to visit dealers  for critical and safety issue to analysis and give prompt feedback

• SQVOC closure with proper feedback and counter measure for domestic & export claims
