Improvement Store Staff

• Store Operational Audit & Analysis: Conduct routine store audits to evaluate operational performance, layout adherence, customer service standards, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, loss areas, and inefficiencies within store operations, developing actionable improvement plans.
• Standardization & Rollout: Collaborate with store managers and Sales Retail Operations to implement standardized guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and service enhancements across all branches.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) post-implementation to measure the effectiveness of operational store improvements.
• Training & Alignment: Provide training, guidance, and support to store personnel to ensure smooth transition and execution of new operational initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Store Operations, Retail Management, Quality Assurance, or Process Improvement within the retail industry.

• Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of retail store operations, layout design, visual merchandising, and SOP auditing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and store performance metrics.

• Key Competencies:

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional retail teams.
  • Willingness to travel to store locations as required.
