IMS LEAD

Integrated Management Systems | ISO Compliance | Audit & Continuous Improvement

SMS Global Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced and results-driven IMS Lead to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS).

The successful candidate will take ownership of IMS effectiveness, ensure alignment with applicable ISO standards and regulatory requirements, lead internal audit activities, and drive the resolution of compliance gaps and audit findings across the organization.

We are looking for a hands-on professional who can work independently, engage stakeholders across departments, and translate management system requirements into effective operational practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with applicable ISO standards.
• Ensure effective implementation of the Company’s ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 as applicable to the Company's IMS scope.
• Develop and maintain IMS policies, procedures, controlled documents, compliance registers, and audit plans.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
• Investigate nonconformities, conduct root-cause analysis, and monitor corrective actions through effective closure.
• Monitor applicable legal and regulatory requirements, identify compliance gaps and operational risks, and recommend appropriate improvements.
• Coordinate with department heads and process owners to ensure IMS implementation and timely resolution of audit findings.
• Prepare IMS performance reports, present findings and recommendations to Management, and facilitate management reviews.
• Conduct employee awareness sessions and training on applicable ISO standards, IMS requirements, and Company procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IMS implementation, ISO compliance, quality management, auditing, or a related function.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing and maintaining ISO management systems, preferably ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
• Proven experience conducting internal audits, managing nonconformities, performing root-cause analysis, and monitoring corrective actions through closure.
• Experience coordinating external audits, certification or surveillance audits, and management reviews.
• Relevant ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor training/certification.
• At least 2 years of supervisory, team leadership, or cross-functional coordination experience.
• Strong analytical, documentation, report-writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability across departments.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
