IMS Specialist

The IMS (Integrated Management System) Specialist ensures that the organization's management systems comply with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO standards.
• Conduct internal audits, prepare for external certifications, and address corrective actions.
• Create and update policies while promoting a culture of quality, safety, and environmental awareness.
• Train employees on IMS requirements and ensure continuous system improvement.
• Monitor IMS performance, analyze risks, and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 is preferred.
• Experience in auditing and maintaining management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
