  Job Description:

• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

• Manage document control, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and standard forms.

• Ensure workshop and engineering processes comply with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and other applicable regulations.

• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification audits, customer audits and vendor assessments.

• Investigate quality defects and safety incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Monitor quality, environmental and safety performance, and prepare reports for management.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, standardise documentation and improve operational efficiency.

• Conduct IMS awareness training and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure changes to engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) are reflected in quality documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related scientific discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of QEHS experience in precision engineering or semiconductor equipment industries.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
• Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is preferred.
• WSH or bizSAFE Coordinator certifications are highly advantageous.
