In-Home Care Provider

We are currently hiring in-home caregivers in Placerville and surrounding areas. We have part-time opportunities available, with schedules that may include daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts depending on client needs.

No professional caregiving experience? That’s okay! We provide thorough one-on-one training and support so you can feel confident before working independently.

What You’ll Do

Every client is different, so your day may include a variety of activities and responsibilities, such as:

• Providing companionship and helping clients stay engaged in activities they enjoy
• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing and dressing
• Preparing meals and helping maintain a clean, comfortable living environment
• Accompanying clients to medical appointments, errands, or community outings
• Providing medication reminders
• Offering respite and support to family members or other primary caregivers
• Helping clients remain safe and as independent as possible in their own homes
• Communicating with the care team about your client's needs, activities, and overall well-being

What We're Looking For

We value reliability, compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

You should be:

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Dependable and able to follow through on scheduled shifts
• Patient, respectful, and compassionate
• Comfortable communicating with clients, families, and members of the care team
• Willing to learn and participate in our training program

Previous professional caregiving experience is helpful, but it is not required. We will provide the training you need.
