Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you may assist clients with:

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Meal planning and preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Encouraging participation in activities and hobbies
• Monitoring changes in a client's physical or emotional condition and reporting concerns
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to treat every client with dignity and respect
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if transportation is required)
• Ability to pass background screening and meet company hiring requirements
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not always required—we provide training for individuals with a genuine passion for caring for others.
