In Home Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. This role requires a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with diverse healthcare needs, including those requiring post-acute, outpatient, or long-term care. The ideal candidate will possess relevant healthcare experience and a genuine desire to assist clients in maintaining independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation
• Document care provided and communicate any concerns or changes in client condition to supervising healthcare providers
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures, especially when working with vulnerable populations such as geriatrics or post-acute care patients

Education:

High School

All applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a home setting. Prior experience in diverse medical settings enhances the ability to adapt quickly to individual client needs.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
