In Home Caregiver

**No experience or license is required, we will train qualified individuals.**

A day with Midwest includes:

• Companionship: providing conversations and building relationships with your client through cooking a meal together, completing a puzzle, watching their favorite television show, painting a picture, sitting on the porch, listening to music and so much more.
• Assisting with Daily Living Activities: such as personal hygiene and grooming.
• Assisting with Daily Skills: some examples include meal prep, meal planning, creating reminders, cleaning, etc.
• Light Housekeeping: Assist with laundry, linen changes, and ensuring the environment is clean and safe for the client.

REQUIREMENTS

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Reliable and punctual
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation is required

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $14.00 per hour (higher starting wages may be available based on experience)
