What You Will Do (Non-Medical Daily Living Support):

• Companionship: Engage clients in conversation, reading, and mental exercises.
• Personal Care Assistance: Safely assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Mobility Support: Guide clients through transfers, walking, and turning to ensure zero fall incidents.
• Meal Preparation: Cook healthy meals according to the client’s custom service plan.
• Light Housekeeping: Help keep the client’s home environment tidy and hygienic.
• Reminders: Provide reliable medication alerts.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Compliance: Must be willing to undergo a fingerprint-based background check required by Texas HHSC law.
• Reliability: Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to travel to client homes.
• Credentials: CNA or HHA certificate is a plus, but not required if you have solid, verifiable personal caregiving experience.
• Availability: Weekend availability is highly valued and opens up immediate priority shift placements.
• Professionalism: Punctuality, a compassionate heart, and a strong work ethic.
