In-home Caregiver

$22–$25 per hour | San Jose & Santa Clara | 4–8 hour weekday visits

Cloverleaf Care is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers for current client openings in San Jose and Santa Clara.

If you enjoy helping older adults stay safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes, we would like to hear from you.

We currently have weekday visits generally ranging from 4–8 hours, with part-time and full-time opportunities depending on client needs and your availability.

Pay

$22–$25 per hour, plus overtime

What You’ll Do

Depending on the client, your work may include:

• Companionship and conversation
• Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing and other daily activities
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Walking and mobility assistance
• Errands and transportation
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a good fit if you are:

• Dependable and committed to showing up for your scheduled visits
• Compassionate and comfortable working with older adults
• Able to assist with personal care and the physical requirements of caregiving
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to complete required background/fingerprint clearance and TB requirements

Previous caregiving experience is helpful. CNA, HHA, CPR and First Aid certifications are welcome but are not required for every opening.
